Maintenance Request

All residents of True Home Ohio: Property Management have a couple of ways to submit a maintenance request.

Maintenance Portal

Property Meld is an online software each resident will have access to during his/her tenancy. Residents will first need to create an account through Property Meld that will link them to their property address and unit number (if applicable). 

Anytime a resident has a request, a Meld can be created from his/her account. Our team will review the request and will be in contact during regular business hours if the request is not an emergency.

Residents can call our maintenance line and. either our team will answer and take the request over the phone or residents will be prompted to leave a message.

When leaving a message, make sure to include your full name, property address and specific details of your maintenance request. A team member will be in contact during regular business hours for non-emergencies.

Have an Emergency?

If you are experiencing an emergency, call our office line (513-813-4129) AND submit a request via Property Meld. If you are calling after hours, leave us a message and a team member will return your call as soon as possible. If you smell gas in your home, call Duke Energy so that their professional team can inspect for possible gas leaks (800-544-6900).

Examples of Emergencies:

• Fire
• Flood
• Sewage backups
• Gas or other odors
• A fallen tree or large debris onto the property that causing openings in the property
• Broken water pipes
• No heat (restricted to an outside temperature below 45 degrees for more than 4 hours)
• No air-conditioning (restricted to an outside temperature above 90 degrees for more than 4 hours)

Examples of Non-Emergencies:

• Appliance outage (including refrigerator)
• Roof leak from rain
• Water leak under a sink
• Toilet backed up, but more than one toilet in the house
If an emergency maintenance request is created and our team
determines the issue is not an emergency, the issue will be addressed
the next business day.
