Residents of True Home Ohio: Property Management have 2 options of paying rent. Each option is listed below with instructions for each:
Pay Online
Residents can log into their Buildium account to pay rent online by using:
• Bank Account Information- resident can input their bank account and routing number and make payments, at no additional charge, each month.
• Credit or Debit Card-residents can pay rent each month by using a credit or debit card. Buildium charges an additional convenience fee on top of the rent when this option is selected.
Residents are able to set up automatic, reoccurring payments each month when paying with the bank account information or credit card information.
PayNearMe
Residents are able to make rental payments at local retail shops throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. This option is ideal for individuals who do not wish to make online payments and prefer cash or money order payments.
In order to have access to this option, residents must inform True Home Ohio: Property Management that he or she wishes to pay rent this way. Our team will create an account and an email or text will be sent to the resident with instructions for setting up an account.
Once an account is created, residents can make payments at the following stores:
• CVS Pharmacy
• Casey’s General Store
• ACE Cash Express
Make sure to type Cincinnati, OH as the location and True Home Ohio Property Management as the “biller”.

The resident should let PayNearMe’s help know which property management company they are trying to make a payment for, and that the PM company has a Buildium account.
